Returns

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery.

  • Returns will only be accepted if the product is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are not in their original condition cannot be returned.
  • Custom or personalized orders are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged on arrival.
